The Solax Hybrid with LG Chem 6.4kWh Li-ion battery
The Solax Hybrid is the ideal solution for domestic customers who want to use more of the energy they are generating.
The Solax Hybrid is installed in the place of a conventional PV inverter. It is available in 3kW, 3.7kW and 5kW size and features a 48V battery charger.
Additionally the Solax Hybrid EPS model is supplied with a manual changeover switch. This can be installed to provide back-up power in the case of a grid failure.
The most popular battery option is the LG Chem 6.4kWh Li-ion battery bank. It comes with a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty and features a cycle life of 6,000 cycles at 90% depth of discharge.

The Growatt SP2000 charger with 5kWh Li-ion battery
The Growatt SP2000 charger is perfect when you want to add energy storage to an existing domestic system.
The Growatt unit is installed on the DC side sitting between the panels and the inverter. If the original inverter is running on dual MPPT then the Growatt unit is only installed on one of the strings.
The Growatt SP2000 charger is rated at 2kW providing a cost effective solution for domestic storage. Growatt will also be releasing a 1kW and 3kW charger in the near future giving you more flexibility to meet your customer’s needs.
The Growatt SP2000 is supplied with a 5kWh Li-ion battery with 5 year manufacturer’s warranty and a cycle life of 3000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge.

The Victron Energy range for off-grid projects
Victron Energy is the leading brand for off-grid solar battery systems with a reputation for reliability. They have a wide product range with solutions for domestic and commercial projects.
The BlueSolar charge controllers are ideal for smaller systems of 1 panel up to a few kWp. They can be combined with a Phoenix inverter to offer AC power.
The MultiPlus and Quattro inverter/chargers allow you to design a hybrid solar battery system with an additional back-up generator. They are ideal for larger projects where you need to provide your customer with energy all year round.

Powerflow Sundial AC Battery Storage System
Powerflow Sundial is a new innovative patent pending energy storage device designed to enable the storage of energy from Solar or Wind Energy.
The Sundial system works by instantaneously capturing and releasing electrical energy stored in the integrated Lithium Iron Phosphate battery pack. The capture and release system reacts to the building's demand profile rather than the time of day or night.
