The aqueous electrolyte is non-toxic, non-caustic and non-flammable.
In the event of over-charging the battery remains safe.
Classified as Class 9 hazardous goods. Special provisions are required for shipping.
Built-in cell manager protects the battery.
Lead acid has a proven safety record.
Lead is a carcinogen and the sulfuric acid electrolyte is caustic.
Is the system expandable?
Yes – additional batteries can be added for more storage.
For commercial projects a 25.9kW battery is available supplied on a pallet.
Yes – up to 5no ZTE batteries can be installed offering a total of 12kWh capacity.
Yes – up to two 3.2kWh expansion modules can be added offering a total of 12.8kWh capacity.
The 3.2kWh expansion is currently not available until October.
Yes – additional batteries can be connected for more capacity.
