Solar imports from Malaysia and Taiwan are to be investigated by the EU, which could eventually lead to the countries being added to the Commissions trade tariffs on Chinese Modules 

The investigation was requested by Solar World after presenting the commission with sufficient evidence of a "change in pattern of trade" and existing trade measures are being "undermined" according to the Official Journal of the European Union.
